TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ALL DISTRIBUTORS, AND DEALERS
PURCHASE & DISCOUNT POLICY
1. Volume-based discounts on taxable amount for dealers
   – ₹50,000 – 5%
   – ₹1,00,000 – 7%
   – ₹1,50,000 – 10%
2. Dealers who achieve annual purchases of ₹12 lakh will be eligible for additional promotional benefits, such as LED flex boards or gift items at the end of the year.
3. Dealers who purchase goods worth ₹25 lakh annually will receive an additional 1% discount at the end of the year.
4. Distributors who purchase goods worth ₹50 lakh annually will receive an addiotinal 2% discount at the end of the year.

ORDER, DISPATCH & LOGISTICS POLICY
 1. No exchange or return of goods will be entertained.
 2. No warranty or guarantee will be provided on imported items.
 3. The company’s responsibility ends at the point of transport delivery. Beyond that, no liability for damage, loss, or delay will be accepted.
 4. Freight charges for deliveries outside Delhi will be borne by the buyer.

TERRITORIAL & ELIGIBILITY POLICY
1. Only one dealer is allowed within a 10 km radius.
2. Only one distributor is allowed within 80 km radius.
3. To qualify as a distributor, an individual must complete ₹50 lakh in purchases annually.
4. All dealers and distributors must declare their operating area and station to prevent any conflicts or overlap.
5. There’s only one official price list of the company, which will be delivered every month in accordance to the changes and price and availability of the products
6. Any dealer or distributor found selling below the official price list will be blacklisted and will not be supplied any goods.
7. New dealers must make 100% advance payment for all purchases.
8. GST will be applicable on all products, and all prices are exclusive of GST.
